According to Marty Havlat's agent Allan Walsh's Twitter, Havlat and Walsh are in Prague eating dinner right now. Once July 1st hits, the Pens will be in the market for a top 6 scoring winger (if Guerin/Fedotenko don't re-sign). Could Walsh be telling Havlat how good it is to play for the Pens? Maybe. I know Havlat loves playing and living in Chicago so getting him here will be tough.
Both the Hawks and the Pens play a similiar up-tempo stlye of play. So coming here wouldn't be a big adjustment for Havlat. Walsh is the agent for 5 Pens players including: Marc-Andre Fleury, Ruslan Fedotenko, Petr Sykora, Miro Satan, and Pascal Dupuis. Because of this he has a strong relationship with GM Ray Shero. Something could be in the works and oh how amazing it would be.
